Whether you’re dining with friends or looking for a memorable experience to share with colleagues or business clients – our bespoke seafood experience will satisfy the most discerning of guests. All our seafood is sourced from the best suppliers of fresh, wild, South Coast fish. To request the freshest oysters, the perfect lobster, a platter of Lyme Bay fruits de mer, or anything else which takes your fancy  – simply give us a call. We are happy to offer bespoke seasonal, foraging and food and wine experiences by request. We are also open to suggestions – if you’d like to learn about preparing game birds or making jam, for example, with our experts, let us know.
