There’s nothing we prize more than the wealth of delicious seasonal ingredients on our doorstep.

Enjoy a foraging walk with our expert Shannon, the chance to learn simple but effective ‘chef’s secrets’ in Andy’s masterclass, and a three course lunch in our beautiful Coach House, hosted by our expert Shannon.

£75 per person, including foraging walk, morning workshop, welcome drink, canapés and seasonal lunch.

The Ultimate Seafood Experience

Whether you’re dining with friends or looking for a memorable experience to share with colleagues or business clients – our bespoke seafood experience will satisfy the most discerning of guests.

All our seafood is sourced from the best suppliers of fresh, wild, South Coast fish. To request the freshest oysters, the perfect lobster, a platter of Lyme Bay fruits de mer, or anything else which takes your fancy  – simply give us a call. Our kitchen team will happily source and present your choice in its seasonal prime.

We are happy to offer bespoke seasonal, foraging and food and wine experiences by request.

We are also open to suggestions – if you’d like to learn about preparing game birds or making jam, for example, with our experts, let us know.
