The Call of the Wild
Foraging for Nature’s Hidden Treasures

There’s nothing we prize more than the wealth of delicious seasonal ingredients on our
doorstep. In spring 2017 we introduced the opportunity for guests to experience the authentic
delights of our bountiful surroundings, guided by our expert Shannon.

Our Seasonal Food Experiences involve a foraging walk with our expert Shannon (who is also
responsible for designing and nurturing our beautiful gardens) and a practical morning session
with our kitchen team, involving the chance to learn simple but effective chef’s secrets,
including some delicious ideas and recipes to take home. This is followed by a three course
lunch utilising the morning’s discoveries, in our beautiful Coach House.

Seasonal Food Workshops are priced at £75 per person, including a morning workshop and
seasonal lunch.

Due to the success of our spring Foraging Lunches, we are now offering bespoke experiences. If
you have a group of friends, family or colleagues (minimum 4 people) and would like to enjoy a
