Explore the edible treasures of the local countryside with Nick, learn how to use them in simple but effective dishes - and the enjoy the morning's discoveries with a three course lunch in our beautiful Coach House.
You'll also leave with a few delicious recipes, ideas and 'chef's secrets' to impress friends and family with at home.
Seasonal Food Experiences are £50 per person, including foraging walk, morning workshop and seasonal lunch. Places are limited so early booking is advised!
